A day in the life: 
You will champion customer centricity. You will drive efficiencies, impact teams' engagement and development while giving our customers exceptional experiences.  You will make data-based decisions to solve customer problems. You will lead the business transformational changes required to provide “Best in Class” customer experience, increase revenue and continuous operational efficiencies to provide a foundation for growth. Working closely with a talented team, you will identify opportunities to optimize forecasting and capacity planning to drive improved service levels.   
Your effective coaching style will help you create a culture of constant learning. You will equip people to drive their own development, measure their success and continually strive to improve themselves and advance the business as whole. You will foster an environment of accountability that motivates teams across three countries in two languages and produces exceptional engagement scores.
