What you will do
- Work closely with our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise partners to resolve any complaints from our customers
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our service to facilitate customer resolutions
- Provide an exceptional experience to our customers
- Build relationships with franchise partners, sales center, support team and most importantly, our customers.
- Respond professionally to our customers through multiple channels including social media, calls and emails.
- Follow existing policies and procedures to ensure that customer satisfaction
What you will learn
- Develop conflict resolution skills - you will learn the art of finding resolutions by working to understand the perspective and concerns of both our franchise partners, sales center and customers.
- Working with different personality types and adapting your style as needed
- Process improvement - this team is constantly striving to be the best it can be, your input on process and procedures will be welcomed!
- The art of prioritizing! This will be key as you work through a large volume of cases.

What you'll bring to the table
- Experience in a customer facing role providing exceptional customer service
- Experience dealing with customer escalations
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
