A Day In The Life

  • Use social media to start, build and deepen our customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and amplify social media content that supports the strategies of our brands and Franchise Development. 
  • Coordinate a social listening framework that allows us to leverage conversations and tell our story on social media. 
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media, partnering with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Develop and manage an internal social amplification process that results in our team members sharing an increasing volume of relevant content on their social channels. 
  • Measure and report on key metrics and business impact 

What You Bring To The Table

  • Ability to build online communities through both paid and organic strategies
  • Experience with social listening and conversation
  • Extensive experience utilizing, and growing Facebook, including paid strategies
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Basic  knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, Adwords
  • Ability to monitor and leverage trends
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Indesign, Final Cut or other video editing software 
  • Ability to monitor and leverage trends
  • Understanding of brand voice and ability to represent each brand online
