Inside Sales Team Lead - 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
1-800-GOT-JUNK?, an international $200M+ franchise organization, is looking for sales leader to support our Toronto B2B sales team. As the Team Leader, you will work closely with your team to develop them as sales professionals, achieve revenue goals and and maintain a consistent sales funnel.
We should talk if you have proven yourself on a sales team, have lead others in hitting their sales goals, are passionate about building and following a clear sales process, are a great communicator and play to win. A Day In The Life:
- Lead a sales team to set and hit targets through outbound B2B sales
- Build relationships with sales reps, customers and the franchise businesses you work closest with
- Develop, train and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Assist with building, implementing and following a clear sales process
- Drive further engagement in the team and program with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in a CRM (salesforce) for follow-up, coaching and reporting (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Be a part of a collaborative, fun team that is driven to win
