Customer Experience Coordinator - 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

We have a new position within our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Customer Experience Team. We are hiring a full-time permanent Customer Experience Coordinator.  As a member of the Customer Experience Team you will be dedicated to all things related to NPS - Net Promoter Score - our customer loyalty metric and measurement tool.  You will be calling on our customers to collect their feedback and categorizing their comments to facilitate reporting. This position is located at our Vancouver Junktion.

What you will do:

  • Calling and updating records efficiently and accurately
  • Making NPS collection calls according to department standards
  • Identify issues and provide actionable insight on customer feedback
  • Participate in the creation of recognition awards for franchises
  • Generate reports indicating completion rates by defined metrics
  • Collect and disseminate information at the request of the CX Manager
  • Calling and updating records efficiently and accurately

What you bring to the table

  • Ability to communicate challenging and complex messages both orally and written
  • Ability to listen and document feedback verbatim
  • Maintain focus while performing a repetitive task
  • Experience in a Customer Experience role
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Comfortable with excel and google sheets to organize and manipulate data
